某直升机蒸发循环制冷系统的风道试验研究
Experimental Study on Air Duct of Helicopter Evaporative Cycle Refrigeration System

摘要(Abstract):

基于汽车空调技术,本文通过地面试验对拟开发的某型直升机蒸发循环制冷系统进行了总体分析、换热器选型和风机选型,并按照1:1的比例搭建了直升机空调蒸发器和冷凝器风道的地面实验台,试验结果表明:在给定风道通流面积时,冷凝器排风口增设引风管可提高风道风量5%,且风量受入口通流面积的影响更大;冷凝器在相同迎风面积下,厚度增加1倍风量仅降低13%~15%,在迎风面积减少33%时风量仅降低11%~12%;蒸发器配套风机供电占空比不应低于40%;在蒸发器组件中送风管可将风量减少54%,应尽可能缩短蒸发器送风管长度。
Based on the automobile air conditioning technology,this paper carried out the overall analysis,heat exchanger selection and fans selection of a helicopter evaporative cycle refrigeration system to be developed through ground experiments,and the experimental results show that the air quantity of the condenser duct can be increased by 5% when the air passage area of the air duct is given,and the air quantity is more affected by the inlet flow area.With the same windward area,the air quantity of the condenser decreases by only 13%~15% when the thickness is increased by one,and only 11%~12% when the windward area is decreased by 33%.The duty cycle of power supply by the evaporator supporting fan shall not be less than 40%.In the evaporator component,the air supply pipe can reduce the air quantity by 54%.The length of the evaporator air supply pipe should be shortened as much as possible.
