PCHE中非直线型微通道内摩擦因子关联式研究

摘要(Abstract):

对印刷电路板式换热器(PCHE)中非直线型微通道内摩擦因子关联式进行了全面总结,系统综述了基于He、CO2和H2O等工质的摩擦因子关联式,并将各关联式与收集到的898个试验数据点进行对比分析。结果表明:对于全部数据,预测精度最高的关联式的平均绝对误差为36.8%;对于通道倾角15°的数据以及He的数据,精度最高的关联式的平均绝对误差均小于10%,而对于其他类型的数据,则基本都大于30%,甚至可达70%左右。
The correlations of friction factors of nonlinear microchannels in printed circuit board heat exchanger(PCHE)were summarized,which are based on He,CO2 and H2 O,and were compared with 898 collected experimental data points. The comparison results show that for all the data,the mean absolute relative deviation of the correlation with the highest prediction accuracy was 36.8%;for the data with inclination angle of 15°and for the data with He,the deviations of the optimal correlations were both less than 10%,while for other types of data,these deviations were basically larger than 30%,even up to 70%.
