基于MATLAB遗传算法工具箱的组合涡旋型线优化
Optimization of Hybrid Scroll Wraps Based on MATLAB Genetic Algorithm Toolbox

摘要(Abstract):

在涡旋压缩机型线的设计中,为了提高涡旋盘的面积利用率、涡旋压缩机的吸气容积,针对组合涡旋型线,建立了以组合涡旋型线行程容积为目标函数的数学模型。基于MATLAB遗传算法工具箱,对该目标函数进行优化,将优化结果与不同参数下组合型线及单一渐开线的行程容积对比,得到了行程容积较大的优化组合涡旋型线。
In the scroll compressor design,in order to improve area utilization of scroll plate and stroke volume of the scroll compressor,the mathematical model was established which made the stroke volume as the objective function for hybrid wraps scroll profile.Based on MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox,the objective function was optimized.The optimal result shows that hybrid wraps scroll profile has larger stroke volume by comparing the optimal result with hybrid wraps profile under the different parameters and involute profile.
