多平行轴系离心压缩机振动耦合传递特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

整体齿轮增速式压缩机由于其结构紧凑、效率高而在现代流程工业中得到广泛的应用,然而由于该类型压缩机为多平行轴系结构,其轴承载荷随着压缩机负荷而发生变化,使得该类转子的动力学分析异常复杂。本文以某实际压缩机组为研究对象,建立了齿轮-轴承-转子的弯曲-扭转耦合系统有限元模型。首先对未耦合的单转子进行刚性支撑下的模态分析和弹性支撑下的不平衡响应分析,并同实测结果对比以确定分析结果的可靠性。在此基础上,研究并揭示了轴承载荷导致的刚度系数变化对转子临界转速和不平衡响应的影响规律,同时对比分析不平衡振动在各个转子之间的传递特性。研究结果表明转子振动幅值会随着压缩机负荷的增加而增加,而齿轮啮合刚度会增大转子振动对不平衡的敏感程度。本论文研究结果可为齿轮增速式离心压缩机的设计以及基于模型的压缩机故障诊断提供一定的理论参考。
With the reputation of compact structure and high efficiency,integrally geared centrifugal compressor has been widely used in the modern process industry. However,because of the characteristics of bearing depend on the load of compressor,analyse the rotor dynamics of this type compressoris extremely complex. Based on the theories of rotor dynamics and gear meshing,the finite element model of a gear-bearing-rotor system was established to take into account the axial-lateral-torsional coupling effect based on a certain compressor. First of all,the model analysis on rigid support and unbalance analysis of the single shaft on flexible support were conducted. Comparingwith the measured results,the analysis results were reliable and have high accuracy. On this basis,the investigationindicatesthat the changing of the bearing stiffness coefficient caused by bearing load variation hasan effect on rotor critical speed and unbalance response. Also,the transfer characteristics between the rotors unbalance vibration was contrasted and analyzed. Results show that rotors vibration will increase with the increase of the compressor load,and gear mesh will increase the rotor vibration on the sensitive degree of imbalance. The result of this research can provide certain theoretical reference for the design of the integrally geared centrifugal compressor and compressor fault diagnosis based on the model.
