摘要(Abstract):

热泵型电磁四通换向阀的全自动容量特性实验台的自动控制系统是典型的是多输入、多输出过程控制系统 ,针对制冷系统的非线性、强耦合、多变量的系统特性 ,首先采用Bristol-Shinskey法对系统进行耦合分析 ,运用变量分离法得到控制变量与被控变量之间的匹配关系 ;然后用数值增量式PID调节系统参数 ,取得了良好的效果。
The control system, which used in heat pump electromagnets four way reversing valve capacity characteristic test bed, is a typical multi input and output system. As its non linear, intense coupling and multi variable characters are concerned, the Bristol Shinskey method and variable separating method are used to analyze the couplings in the system and the relations between manipulated variable and controlled dependent variable respectively; Then digital increased PID method is used to control the parameters in the system and satisfying results are obtained.
