离心压缩机注水技术的应用

摘要(Abstract):

采用压缩机注水技术可以降低压缩气体温度,抑制聚合反应发生,并从根本上解决了结焦问题。根据注水技术的原理,介绍了机组的注水改造方案,对注水点、注水量、压缩机附属系统及注水的经济性进行了详细分析。压缩机注水可确保机组长周期安全稳定运行,在节能、降低运行维护费用等方面可以节约大量资金。
The technology of water injection in compressor can reduce the temperature of compressed gas,restrain polymerization reaction and resolve the problem of coke phenomenon primarily.The principle of the water injection was put forward;the concrete unit was changed in water injection.The scheme of water injection and the spot and the quantity of water injection was introduced.The water injection effect with the system was analyzed and the economy of the water injection was explained.The technology of water injection can insure the long period run in safety,water injection in compressor can save a great deal capital in saving energy resources and reducing maintenance expense.
