大型三通三维有限元自动分析(Ⅱ)——网格自动生成和应力处理

摘要(Abstract):
<正> 一、引言三通结构广泛地用于核工程、电力、石油、化工工程的管道和压力容器中,对于三通的有限元分析,按照文献[2]已给出的载荷分析和单元分析的方案,虽然采用通用程序SAP—5进行计算也是可能的,但是在原始数据的形成和应力结果的处理上仍需化费很大的人力。对于节点坐标的计算和单元节点号的编写,都有大量繁琐的工作量,且很易出错,而其中任一错差均会影响计算结果,甚至导致计算的失败,因此网格自动生成很有必要。目前使用较多的有空间变换方法和网格自动加密方法。考虑到针对三通这个特定的课题,我们采
