螺旋浓浆泵叶轮的水力设计

摘要(Abstract):

综合应用螺旋曲线和离心叶轮设计方法,提出了螺旋浓浆泵叶轮的水力设计思路。通过具体设计实例详细介绍了设计过程,并绘制了相应的模型结构图,最后对模型进行了试验,结果显示性能达到了设计参数要求。
To provide applied design method of the screw pump,design methods of screw curve and centrifugal impeller were used synthetically,and the hydraulic design method of screw impeller was presented.The example was presented to introduce the detailed design procedure,and the drawing of the mew design model was presented.The new model was tested at the end,and the results showed that the new model achieved the design desire commendably.
