高压气体泄压能量回收装置结构设计与优化

摘要(Abstract):

针对高压气体泄压时能量浪费的问题,设计了一种高压气体泄压能量回收装置,在不需要其它外界能量驱动的情况下,实现气体压力能回收再利用。根据气动马达和旋叶压缩机的结构特点,将这两种设备融合为一体,在一个工作腔内实现气体压力能回收和气体压缩过程,是一种不用电机驱动的安全节能的能量回收装置。本文用Solid Works软件建立了该回收装置模型,用计算流体力学软件Fluent对流场局部进行了仿真模拟,最后完成结构设计及优化。
In connection with the problem of energy waste in high-pressure gas relief,design a device for high-pressure gas energy recovery,which can recycle and reuse the wasted energy without extra energy driving. Combined the structural features of air motor and rotating vane compressor to achieve the recycle of compression energy and gas compression in one working chamber. It is a safe and an energy saving equipment without motor driving. Established the model of the new flywheel compressor by using Solid Works. Using Fluent to simulate the flow field and then complete the structural design and optimization.
