离心式通风机风舌噪声机理与试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文分析了离心式通风机风舌间隙中气流参数的变化特性与噪声控制机理,针对现有国内风机现状,分别进行了五种不同风舌相对间隙对风机噪声影响的试验研究。试验结果表明, 在现有国内离心通风机(包括新研制的)产品中,利用风舌结构的简单改革,仍然可以获得较好的降声效果,而对风机性能基本上无影响。
This paper analyses flow change characteristics and noise controlled mechanism in cut-off clearance of centrifugal fans. Based on the state of Chinese fans. the effect of the cut off constrution on both the noise and the aerodynamic performance of fan have been studied through tested for five different cut-off clearance respectively. The results shows that It has not significantly affect on the fan performances to modify the cut-off clearance and the noise will he reduced for existing productions of home.
