摘要(Abstract):
对磁力驱动离心泵各部分所产生的能量损失进行了研究,分析其特有的3项功率损失:涡流损失、内磁缸水力摩擦损失、润滑冷却循环损失,提出了减小各项损失的有效途径和方法,为磁力泵的优化设计及应用提供参考。
The energy loss on magnetic driving pump are studied,especially analyze the particular energy loss: eddy current loss,inner magnetic ring hydraulic loss,lubricate cooling loss,conclude the effective methods to reduce each loss,and provide useful guidance to both optimize design and practical application of magnetic driving pump.
