高可靠性微型高速屏蔽泵的设计

摘要(Abstract):

为了给航天用高可靠性微型高速屏蔽离心泵的设计和工程应用打下基础,给出了一台以水为介质的高可靠性的微型屏蔽式离心泵的设计实例。介绍了其水力设计和结构设计方法,探讨了高可靠性微型屏蔽泵设计时应该注意的问题,给出了相应对策。同时在该微型泵的关键结构设计上提出了一些创新性的想法。
To make the basis of design and engineering application of the mini canned-motor pump of high reliability for space use,the design case of a water-medium mini canned-motor pump is presented.The hydraulic and structural design methods of this pump are introduced.The main points to obtain the high reliable structure of the mini canned-motor pump are discussed,and corresponding methods to improve reliability are provided.Innovations on key parts of the mini canned-motor pump are presented during the design process.
