摘要(Abstract):
根据往复式压缩机的运行特点,本文设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的往复式压缩机微机监测与控制系统,主要包括数据采集、数据处理、数据显示及控制模块。该系统具有监测与控制往复式压缩机排气压力与显示示功图的功能,满足了往复式压缩机监控自动化和实时性的要求。
According to the function characteristics of the reciprocating compressor,the microcomputer monitoring and control system was designed based on virtual instrument technology LabVIEW,which included data acquisition,processing,display and control modules.This microcomputer system has the functions of monitoring and controlling the discharge pressure and showing dynamometer card for reciprocating compressor,which meets the requirement of automation and real-time.
