低压轴流风机噪声频谱预估及实测

摘要(Abstract):

对低压轴流风机的噪声频谱预估的现有模型———叶片力模型进行重大改进 ,包括采用风机流场三维数值模拟给出叶片升力分布及在声源Fourier展开中保留虚部项。改进后两个样机噪声频谱预估和实测值吻合良好。
A blade force model used to predict the noise spectrum for low-pressure axial fans has been improved. The improvements include that the blade lift force distribution is given out by the 3-D numerical simulation for the fan flow field and the image part in Fourier extension for lift force should be remained. The prediction improved for noise spectrum of two model fans agrees with the measured data quite well.
