叶轮切割理论在循环氨水泵节能改造中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

通过对循环氨水泵的实际运行情况分析,运用离心泵叶轮切割理论,经过详细的理论分析与计算,对三台循环氨水泵进行了叶轮切割改造。改造后的循环氨水泵在满足工艺系统运行的前提下,达到了节能降耗的目的。
Through analysis of the circulating ammonia pump's actual operation,with the impeller cutting theory of the centrifugal pump,after the detailed theoretical analysis and computation,cutted the three circulating ammonia pumps' impeller.The reformed circulating ammonia pump can meet to the need of system's running,also reached the purpose of saving energy and redcing comsumption.
