离心机开孔转鼓应力模拟计算与研究Simulation Calculation and Analysis on the Stress of Centrifugal Basket

摘要(Abstract):
采用有限元方法模拟计算了按等边三角形排布开孔的转鼓应力,讨论了开孔直径、鼓壁厚度、孔桥宽度以及转鼓半径等因素对鼓壁环向应力的影响情况。通过进一步计算研究得到了最大薄膜应力出现时孔桥宽度与开孔直径的关系曲线,为工程实际中转鼓开孔问题提供了计算依据。
The stresses in the basket with equilateral triangle arranged holes are analyzed by using the finite element method,and how the factors including hole diameter,cylinder thickness,ligament width and cylinder radius influence the circumferential stress is discussed.The curve indicates the relation of ligament width with hole diameter when maximum membrane stress appears is then obtained through further analysis,which may taken as the criteria for strength calculation of centrifugal basket in practical engineering.
