保温盖对冷藏展示柜内温度分布的影响

摘要(Abstract):

为探究保温盖启闭状态对冷藏柜温度场分布的影响,本文以海绵和500 g水组成的塑料包模拟冷藏食品并置于冷藏展示柜内。采用T型热电偶测量冷藏展示柜内的温度分布,并用ORIGIN软件得到冷藏柜各层测点温度分布和各层的温差。基于此分析了保温盖启闭状态对冷藏柜内温度场分布规律的影响。结果表明:当冷藏保温盖开启时冷藏柜内部顶层食品包温度受影响最大,各层之间的温度梯度变大,温度集中在0℃左右。保温盖闭合时冷藏柜内温度集中在-1.5℃左右。
In order to explore he effect of insulation cover opening and closing state on the distribution of temperature field.In the experiment food packages in the refrigeration instead of by sponges and 500 g of water.In the experiment the uniform arrangement T thermocouple to measure the temperature.We use origin software draw temperature distribution curves and the temperature difference of each measuring point.Based on this analysis the influence of thermal insulation cover opening and closing state on temperature field distribution in the refrigerated display cabinet.Results show that the food packages temperature in the top of the freezer have more effected when the frozen insulation cover open, the temperature gradient between the layers is greater and temperature concentrated in about 0 ℃.Temperature in the refrigerated counter concentrated in about-1.5 ℃ when the insulation cover closed.
