摘要(Abstract):

随着高温下气体分离工艺的发展 ,对分离装置的耐高温性能提出了越来越高的要求。非对称陶瓷膜过滤管具有孔隙率高、耐腐蚀、耐高温、机械强度高、便于清洗、使用寿命长等优点 ,可高效率地分离含尘的高温烟气。通过对非对称陶瓷膜过滤管的扫描电镜和力学性能试验 ,研究了非对称陶瓷膜过滤管的结构和力学性能
With the development of technology about gas separation under the high temperature,the higher requirement about the high temperature endurance function of the separation devices was put forward. Unsymmetrical tube with ceramics film has many advantages such as erosion tolerance,high temperature tolerance,high mechanics intensity,easy to clean,long lifetime to use. It also has high efficiency to separate high temperature smoke and gas with dust.The construction and mechanical properties of the unsymmetrical tube with ceramic film through the experiments about the scan electron microscope and mechanical properties were researched.
