双锥型油水分离旋流器内部流场数值模拟

摘要(Abstract):

为深入研究双锥型油水分离旋流器内部流场及油水分离机理,采用CFD软件中最精细的雷诺应力湍流模型,基于控制体积法,应用PC-SMPLEC算法,对油水分离旋流器内部流场及分离过程进行了全面深入的三维数值模拟,得到了旋流器内部流场的压力分布特性、油的体积分布、三维速度分布特性、湍动能分布特性。结合旋流器理论及流体力学分析验证模拟结果的正确性,为优化旋流器的结构设计及操作,提高其分离性能和降低旋流器的能量损耗提供一条新途径。
For further research interior flow flied and oil-water separation mechanism of BICONICAL Hydrocyclone for oil-water separation,used the most sophisticated RSM(Reynolds stress model)in CFD,based on the method of vuuai control,PC-SMPLEC algorithm was applied to simulate the three-dimensional flow flied.Velocity distribution,pressure distribution and oil volume distribution,turbulent kinetic energy distribution characteristics was showed.Combined with the theory of hydrodynamic to verify correctness of the simulation results.provide guidance to improve the separation performance and reduce energy loss.
