工业规模级高压密相煤粉流量控制阀特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

煤粉流量控制阀是煤粉气化炉生产负荷调节与氧煤比控制的关键设备。在分析壳牌煤粉气化炉煤粉流量控制阀(接管内径54 mm)的工业运行数据时,将高压氮气输送的浓相煤粉简化为等效密度的单相流体,比照控制阀气液双相流等效密度法来处理煤粉与氮气混合物的质量流量,将阀门的已知固有流量特性修正为煤粉与氮气混合物的流量特性,建立了偏差分别在±20%,±15%和±25%以内的控制阀的煤粉与氮气混合物流量系数、煤粉质量流量和阀门压降的计算模型。
Coal feed flow control valves are key equipment of gasifiers for the control of production load and ratio of oxygen to coal. While analyzing industrial operating data of coal feed flow control valves(connected pipe inner diameter 54 mm)used in Shell coal gasifiers,the author modified the given inherent flow characteristics of the valves to the flow characteristics for mixture of coal and nitrogen according to the method of gas-liquid two-phase flow mass flow calculation by simplifying high pressure dense phase fine coal to single-phase fluid with equivalent density,and built prediction models of flow coefficient for the mixture of coal and nitrogen,coal mass flow and pressure drop for the control valve with the deviation within ±20%,±15% and ±25% respectively.
