分体式涡旋压缩机箱体模态的数值分析

摘要(Abstract):

利用Pro/E软件和有限元软件Ansys Workbench联合对分体式涡旋压缩机箱体进行模态分析,分析了自由模态和约束模态的前10阶振型和模态频率,了解了箱体振型特点及振型位移最大的区域,并依据分析提出了改进方案。该分析对同类产品固有特性分析与设计具有指导意义,为分体式涡旋压缩机振动、噪声特性分析与控制提供了依据。
The software PRO / E and ANSYS WORKBENCH analyses the model of split scroll compressor housing,the housing is analyzed on the free modal and constrained modal of the first 10 modal and modal frequency,and found dangerous influence the structure of the body parts,and improvement scheme was put forward. The analysis provides the guidance for the design and analysis of the inherent characteristics of similar products,it is the basis of the scroll compressor vibration,noise analysis and control characteristics.
