摘要(Abstract):
选用标准的K -ε紊流模型 ,利用先进的CFD软件FLUENT及其预处理软件GAMBIT ,模拟了轴流式油气混输泵样机的叶轮及混流器内的三维紊流场 ,依据分析结果对叶轮及混流器相关的几何参数进行了优化 ,并对模型的选择、三维建模、网格划分、计算分析和试验结果作了介绍。
After analyzing different turbulent flow models, K-ε model was selected.The 3D turbulent flow is simulated based on K-ε model and two CFD software,FLUENT and GAMBIT,in which geometric parameters of the impeller and mixed flow chamber are optimized based on the simulation results.How to select the model, build the 3Dmodel,mesh the flow field and analyze the result of experiment was introduced.
