摘要(Abstract):
以矿浆调节阀为研究对象,运用商用软件FLUENT对其不同开度和压差的工况进行了三维数值模拟分析。采用SIMPLE算法求解k-ε两方程模型,与不可压雷诺时均方程组构成封闭方程组,近壁区用壁面函数法进行处理,计算单相流体的定常流动;采用适应性的网格技术,得到阀内流场的详细分布;并以此为依据对调节阀门进行了改进设计。
The numerical simulation in pulp regulating valve is presented with the commercial software FLUENT.The Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes equations are solved using semi-implicit method for pressure-linked equations.3-D steady flow simulations are performed with adaptable grid,staggered grid and the standard k-ε model.Wall-function method is employed to simulate near-wall.The flow field distributions are detailed.Based on the data of numerical simulation,the pulp control valve is modified.
