摘要(Abstract):
设计了远红外辐射与HEPA过滤器联合杀菌的实验装置,采用符合国际标准的耐高温高效过滤器对排风进行过滤。辐射板在系统的上风侧对过滤器进行加热,以确定过滤器的杀菌效果,实验过程中采用测温误差为0.1℃的数字温度表测量过滤器的迎风面和背风面温度,采用粒子计数器测量加热前后实验装置上下游的粒子数,得出高效过滤器的过滤效率。结果表明:在实验温度下该装置能够杀灭微生物,并且过滤器加热前后过滤效率没有明显的变化。
The effect of killing airborne microorganism was studied using HEPA filter heated by far infrared radiation.In the experiment the HEPA is combined with far infrared radiation to sterilize a system,with the HEPA according to the international standard used for filters exhaust.Far infrared radiation heats HEPA at the windward.A Digital thermometer,which temperature measurement error is 0.1 ℃,is used to measure the front and back temperature of the HEPA.In this experiment an airborne particle counter is used to measure the particle number upstream and downstream for calculating the efficiency of HEPA.The result shows that there are no visible changes in filtering efficiency with heating the HEPA or not,which shows that there is no damage when heating HEPA.Furthermore airborne microorganism can be killed under experimental temperature.
