基于COMSOL的高温双端面机械密封热力耦合分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对输送高温气体介质的大轴径风机所采用的液体润滑双端面机械密封开展热力耦合分析研究,具有重要的工程实际意义。将动静密封环视为一体并采用参数化扫描功能对密封结构参数进行优化分析。研究表明:在高温、低压工况下,高温介质热传导对介质侧密封温度场的影响占主导;对介质侧的密封结构设计,不仅要从减少端面产热的角度出发,而且要对密封环进行有效地冷却降温。
For the liquid lubricated double end face mechanical seal for large shaft diameter steam blower that transmits hightemperature gas media,thermal coupling analysis and research were carried out,which is of important engineering significance.The rotating and stationary seal rings were considered as a whole,and parameterized scanning function was used to conduct optimization analysis of the structural parameters of the seal. The research results show that under the condition of high temperature and low pressure,the influence of heat conduction of high temperature medium on the temperature field of the seal on the medium side was dominant. The structural design of the seal ring on the medium side should not only start from the angle of reducing the heat generation on the end face,but also should take steps to effectively lower the temperature.
