无油涡旋空气压缩机压缩过程研究Research on Compression Process of an Oil-free Scroll Air Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
基于质量守恒和能量守恒定律建立了无油涡旋空气压缩机压缩过程数学模型,模型采用单腔控制容积法,以月形容腔作为控制容积,考虑了压缩过程中的换热效果以及气体泄漏。模型充分反映了压缩腔旋转过程中的体积、质量、温度、压力的变化过程。数学模型仿真值和压缩机的实测值吻合,达到了较好的预测效果。该研究为无油涡旋空气压缩机的设计奠定了理论基础。
The compression procedure mathematical model of an oil-free air scroll compressors is established based on the law of quality conservation and energy conservation.The single chamber control volume methed is adopted.The control volume is the compression chamber as the moon.The heat exchange and leakage of air is considered in this model.The model fully reflects the varying process of the volume,quality,temperature and pressure in compression chamber.The calculation results show simulation value meet actual value well.The study is the theoretical foundation for the design of oil-free air scroll compressors.
