基于ANSYS的高速动车组牵引风机的设计研究

摘要(Abstract):

牵引电机是高速动车组的动力之源,牵引风机是为其强迫冷却通风,属于整个牵引系统的关键部件。采用ANSYS流体计算软件对该牵引风机完成气动方案设计,同时利用ANSYS Workbench结构强度分析软件对其结构进行合理的设计和分析,最后结合型式试验手段对风机的各项性能进行了验证,使其各项技术指标达到国外同类风机的水准,成功实现了该类牵引风机的国产化、系列化和批量化。
Traction motor is the power source of high speed EMUs,the traction fan is its forced cooling ventilation,which is the key component of the whole traction system. This paper uses the ANSYS of the traction fan to complete aerodynamic performance design,using ANSYS Workbench to design and analysisthe structurereasonably,and finally the performance of the fan was verified with test method,the various technical indicators have reached the level of similar foreign fan,success realization of the traction fan made of the series and mass,to create a huge economic benefits for the company.
