气力输送Y型分支管网流动阻力特性的研究

摘要(Abstract):

在水平Y型分支管道中采用压缩空气作为动力,粒径为2mm的小米为输送物料进行气力输送试验。对气固两相分支管道各自的压力损失及两分支管间压力损失差值的变化规律进行了研究。试验表明,当气体表观速度下降时,两分支管的压力损失值减小;当气体表观速度低于沉积速度后,继续降低气速,各支管单位长度压力损失将增大,但两分支管上压力损失变化不同步。当两分支管与主管中轴线夹角的差值变大时,两分支管压力损失曲线及两分支管压力损失差曲线在气体高速区远离,在低速区靠近。同时,利用主成分分析法得出了影响两支管单位长度压损差值的主要因素是变动支与主管中轴线夹角、气体表观速度。
Gas-solid flow experim ent of average partic le d iam eter 2mm m illet is carried out using compress air at horizontal Y type branch p ipe.Resistance property of each branch and the law of pressure drop d ifferential change are described in the artic le.The resu lt shows when the superfic ial gas veloc ity draws down,the pressure drop on each branch and the pressure drop D-value of the two branch decrease firstly.And when the superfic ial gas veloc ity reduces to deposition veloc ity,the respective pressure drop begin to rise.But pressure drop of each p ipe changes d ifferently.W ith the d ifference value rising of the angel between the changeab le branch and the m ain p ipe,it is found that the pressure drop curve of each branch and the pressure drop D-value of the two branch are away from each other in h igh gas veloc ity zone,wh ile becom e near in low gas veloc ity zone.M eanwh ile,princ ipal component analysism ethod is adopted to exp lore the importance of influenc ing factors and the ir correlation.The experim ental con-sequence shows that the angel between changed branch and m ain p ipe axis and superfic ial gas veloc ity are ch ief influenc ing fac-tors.
