基于PRO/E的新型齿轮泵设计

摘要(Abstract):

通过对原有外啮合齿轮泵的结构与性能分析,应用PRO/E软件设计了一种结构新颖独特的异形齿轮泵。重点对泵的结构与参数进行了优化设计,在泵的前端盖与调整片之间增加了一个能调整压力的特殊键,后端盖上回油路设计也有所创新,因而增大了流量,提高了工作稳定性。
Analysis of configuration and performs to original gear pump,using PRO/E sofeware,a kind of novel and particular gear pump of abnormity was designed.Optimization designing of gear pump of abnormity was carried out,carry through preferences、oil pathway gear optimizated design,put up frame to traditional gear pump,impove flux of gear pump and stability of job,with the popularization and application of a certain value.
