水力旋流器磨损分析Analysis of Cyclone Wear

摘要(Abstract):
在计算颗粒在环形管流场中的运动轨迹的基础上分析了水力旋流器磨损问题,发现水力旋流器的磨损分为两个阶段:第一阶段主要是颗粒对壁面的冲击的作用,第二阶段主要是颗粒对壁面滑动摩擦作用。另外,要提高水力旋流器的工作寿命,应提高旋流器材料抗滑动摩擦的能力。
Based upon theoretical analysing the particle trajectories in annular fluid pipe,it has been found that the wear of cyclone is developed in two stages:impact erosion stage of particle to the cyclone and sliding friction stage,and to improve the working life of cyclone,the resistance to frictional wear of the material of cyclone should be enhanced.
