制冷压缩机气阀运动规律的数学模拟

摘要(Abstract):

在了解QD578型制冷压缩机内部结构及工作原理的情况下 ,对阀片的运动规律进行分析并建立了气阀运动规律的数学模型。在此基础上 ,编制模拟程序并绘制了阀片的位移—角度曲线。还将理论曲线与实测曲线进行对比分析 ,提出了一些可行的改进措施。其处理方法对同类气阀有一定指导意义。
On the basis of good understanding of internal structure and working principle, the reed valve was analyzed and the mathematical model was Founded. Then, the simulated program was made and the theoretical curves were drawn by the computer, through comparison of the theoretical curves with the measured ones, some suitable means on improving the efficiency of the valve are given.
