多级离心泵内部流动的数值模拟与优化

摘要(Abstract):

以某公司在北赵引黄工程中设计的某型号多级离心泵为研究对象,应用CFD软件对其内部流场进行了三维数值模拟。在分析流场的基础上,对过渡流道的结构提出了两种优化方案,并对优化后的多级泵的内部流场进行数值分析,结果对比表明,方案二最优。
A CFD method has been developed to simulate the three-dimensional flow field in the multi-stage centrifugal pump which is designed by our company in Beizhao project.The simulation result was analysis and two optimizing structures of transient passage were put forward.The internal flow of two optimizing pumps was simulated and analyzed.The results comparison shows that the second scheme is the best.
