基于CFD对旋喷泵两种叶片结构的数值模拟及性能比较

摘要(Abstract):

采用封闭式叶轮结构,设计了长短复合式S型叶片和矩形流道断面叶片两种不同叶片结构的旋喷泵水力模型;利用ANSYS-CFX软件对两种水力模型的流场进行三维数值模拟,分别得到两种模型的压力场、速度场。通过对设计方案扬程、效率、轴功率的计算,分析了两种旋喷泵水力模型的性能特征。模拟计算结果表明:对于小流量旋喷泵的叶轮结构,矩形流道断面叶片的性能优于长短复合式S型叶片。
Based on the closed impeller,two types of blade model for roto-jet pump,i.e.split blades and rectangular flow-slot blades,are designed in this work.By means of ANSYS CFX software,the 3D numerical simulations of flow field for the two hydraulic models are performed,the pressure distributions and velocity fields are obtained.According to the calculation for the variation of head,efficiency and shaft-power with flow rate,we come to the conclusions as follows,for small-flow roto-jet pump,the rectangular flow-slot blades' performance are superior to the split blades's.
