单螺杆压缩机浮动星轮耐磨设计研究

摘要(Abstract):

建立了单螺杆压缩机浮动星轮动力学模型 ,分析了星轮片厚度、材料密度、弹性模量、星轮轴承处摩擦系数等因素对星轮耐磨特性的影响 ,提出了以啮合动载作为星轮耐磨设计的准则 ,并将以此理论设计的浮动星轮成功地应用于DLG - 3 / 7单螺杆设计之中
Dynamics models of float gate rotor are established for single screw compressor. Some important factors affecting gate rotor wearing characteristics are analyzed including thickness, material density, and so on. “Dynamic engagement load” is provided as wearing resistance design rule, and float gate rotors based on this theory are confirmed to use DLG-3/7 single screw compressors.
