石化管道冲蚀破坏的流动仿真及其结构优化

摘要(Abstract):

针对石化管道易发生由冲蚀破坏引起的泄漏爆管事故,以国产化REAC失效管束的流动仿真研究为例,拟通过仿真分析找出实际管道冲蚀减薄的位置及其因素,并提出具体的结构优化措施。
For the cracking failure caused by erosion destroy of the petrifaction pipes, the cause of failure on the pipes of the native REAC was analyzed by CFD simulation, and wished to find the exact position where was weak rapidly by erosion.Furthermore, the rules of optimized-structure method were shown.
