不同压力下前混合磨料射流切割CFRP的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过介绍前混合磨料水射流系统组成及工作原理,利用两相流对磨料粒子的受力情况进行了探讨,建立磨料射流微粒冲蚀切割材料的微观过程模型。在对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)切割试验的基础上,通过调整前混合磨料射流系统的压力,可以提高碳纤维复合材料的切割效率并获得良好的切割效果。
The article introduces the premixed abrasive water jet system composition and working principle,and the use of two phase flow on the force of the abrasive particles are discussed Then the model of the micro process of particle erosion of abrasive water jet cutting material is established. In cutting experiments of carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP),on the basis of the system by adjusting the former mixed abrasive jet pressure,can improve the cutting efficiency of CFRP and obtain good cutting effect.
