摘要(Abstract):

产品开发阶段,应用ANSYS和SYSNOISE软件对压缩机壳体进行分析和优化设计,可有效地控制振动、减小噪声辐射,并提高运行可靠性。本文介绍了某型号螺杆压缩机开发过程中,铸件壳体结构的强度、刚度、动态响应和声辐射的仿真分析及优化设计方法。
In the process of products′ development,the housing is analyzed and optimized using ANSYS and SYSNOISE,so the vibration control,noise reduction and stable operation can be realized efficiently.It was presents the simulation and optimization method for the housing's strength,stiffness,dynamic response and acoustic radiation of a screw compressor.
