防爆型多管旋风除尘器内流分析及结构设计

摘要(Abstract):

针对硫磺粉尘的特性,给出了新型多管旋风除尘器的结构设计,即采用设有导向叶片的轴向进气旋风管结构,增设封板结构和积灰反吹装置,并进行了防爆设计。该除尘器经运行后,旋风管下灰通畅无堵塞现象,车间内硫磺粉尘浓度明显降低,在硫磺包装除尘系统中有着一定的推广价值。
Based on the characteristic of the sulphur dust,the structural design of the new-type multicell cyclone dust remover was provided,namely adopt the axial equipped with guide vane to enter the cyclone tuber pipe structure,set up the structure of a board and accumulate the gray blowback device,and design the explosion-proof.This dust remover is after running,the cyclone is have no phenomenon of stopping up to in charge of making the dust unobstructedly,the density of sulphur dust is obviously reduced in the workshop,there is certain value to popularize while packing the dust removal system in the sulphur.
