离心压缩机叶轮材料属性失谐对其振动局部化的影响研究

摘要(Abstract):

为研究离心压缩机叶轮材料属性失谐对其振动局部化的影响,将叶轮材料的3个代表属性杨氏模量、泊松比和密度,使用正态分布函数生成随机序列。通过有限元方法,将其赋值于叶轮单元体,获得正态失谐分布。进一步,利用ANSYS软件,对叶轮由于材料属性失谐导致的振动模态局部化现象特别是固有频率的影响进行数值分析。研究发现,随着失谐幅值的增大,杨氏模量失谐导致叶轮固有频率相对变化量先增后减;泊松比失谐对应固有频率相对变化量逐渐增加;密度失谐对叶轮一定范围的固有频率影响显著。
In order to study the influence of material property detuning on vibration localization of centrifugal compressor impeller,the three representative properties of impeller material,Young's modulus,Poisson ratio and density,are used to generate random sequences by using normal distribution function.By means of finite element method,the impeller unit is assigned to obtain the normal mistuned distribution.Furthermore,ANSYS software is used to carry out numerical analysis on localization of vibration mode,especially the influence of natural frequency,of impeller due to mistuning of material properties.It is found that the relative variation of impeller natural frequency increases first and then decreases with the increase of mistuning amplitude.Poisson ratio mistuning corresponds to the relative variation of natural frequency gradually increasing;Density detonation has a significant effect on the natural frequency of impeller in a certain range.
