卧螺离心机螺旋叶片激光堆焊应用研究

摘要(Abstract):

根据卧螺离心机磨损失效的特点 ,提出在螺旋叶片工作面采用激光堆焊工艺 ,探索了合适的堆焊工艺 ,获得了与基体冶金结合、组织改变均匀细化的高性能堆焊层。分析表明激光堆焊层硬度提高了 2倍 ,耐磨性提高了 5倍 ,耐蚀性能满足应用要求。该技术用于卧螺离心机叶片有较高的实用价值
The laser overlaying was adopted on the revoling working blades according to invalidation of the decanter centrifuge abrasion, the technique of obtaining the performance of well metallurgy bond and microstructure minute was researched. It shows that the hardness of laser overlaying advance 2 times, the resistance to abrasion advances 5 times. It has practical value on decanter centrifuge blade.
