涡旋压缩机闪发器系统性能的模拟分析Performance Simulation on Economizer System Coupled with Scroll Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了带涡旋压缩机经济器的三种典型热泵系统,即前节流闪发器、后节流闪发器及过冷器系统,利用基于热力学第一定律和实验数据建立的分析模型,对闪发器系统的性能特性进行详细的模拟分析,指出了闪发器系统中间补气压力的适宜值。模拟结果还表明:与过冷器和后节流闪发器系统相比,前节流闪发器系统在低温工况下可以更有效地改善压缩过程,有利于提高空气源热泵的低温制热性能和运行可靠性,是寒冷地区比较适宜采用的空气源热泵系统。
The typical heat pump system with economizer coupled with scroll compressor,namely conventional flash-tank,an improved flash-tank and sub-cooler,is presented.With aid of the analytical model based on the first law of thermodynamics and the experimental data,the performance behaviors of these economizer systems are predicted,and the refrigerant pressure in flash-tank is optimized.The calculated results also show that the conventional flash-tank can efficiently improve its compression process and heating capacity and reliability under the conditions of low ambient temperature,compared with the other two economizer systems,and it is a desirable thermodynamic cycle to the air-source heat pump to be used in cold regions.
