溢流管结构参数对旋风分离器性能影响的仿真研究

摘要(Abstract):

以性能试验为基础,通过调整溢流管结构参数,利用计算机流体力学软件(CFD)对传统Lapple型旋风分离器性能进行数值模拟。结果表明:f-n-1型溢流管对压降ΔP影响显著,能使整体压降减小15.34%,而收集效率η却增加0.66%,该型溢流管从某种程度上实现"升效减阻"。此次数值模拟研究结果可为优化此模型旋风分离器的结构、性能,尤其是能耗参数——压降ΔP的进一步降低提供相关理论参考,具有一定的应用价值。
Based on performance experiments,the performance of the traditional Lapple cyclone separator was numerically simulated by computer fluid dynamics software(CFD) by adjusting the structural parameters of the overflow pipe so as to optimize the performance of the separator.The results show that the f-n-1 type overflow pipe has a significant effect on pressure drop ΔP,which can make the overall pressure drop reduced by 15.34%,and make the collection efficiency η increased by 0.66%.To some extent,this type of overflow pipe can achieve the results of "Increased efficiency and reduced pressure drop".Providing a relevant theoretical references and having a certain application value,the numerical simulation study is carried out to optimize the structure and performance of the cyclone separator of this model,especially achieving a further reduction of the energy consumption parameter——the pressure drop ΔP.
