制冷装置EYB系列电液比例执行件的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过应用级间动压反馈原理,电液比例执行阀件获得了相当理想的静态和动态特性技术指标。该阀件能可靠地利用电传信号对制冷系统中的制冷剂进行流量、压力等的比例控制,使目前制冷装置执行元件只有启闭动作的双位调节简便地实现多级或无级自动控制,从而提高制冷效率、节约能源、优化制冷系统,同时使制冷装置真正实现微机管理。
Proportional electric-liquid valve obtained more ideal techical norm of the static and dynamic characteristics by put the principle of dynamic pressure within the gap feedbeck. The valve can reliably proportionally control the rate of flow, pressure etc. of refrigerant in refrigeration system through electronic sigh. The valve of refrigeration plant can be simplyly changed from gap-action control of the simplest on-off form to no gap-action or proportional control. So, the efficiency of refrigeration can be improved, the consumption of energy can be reduced and refrigeration plant can be optimized. Using the valve will accelerate the successful computer control of refrigeration plant.
