制冷系统安装现场检漏存在的问题与对策Problems of Leak Detection Test to Refrigeration System On-site and Its Countermeasures

摘要(Abstract):
根据GB50274-98《制冷设备、空气分离设备安装工程施工及验收规范》,指出目前施工现场在制冷系统气密性试验中存在的混乱,纠正了压缩式制冷系统试压操作和使用漏率判据时的错误。同时对压缩式制冷系统漏率判据在高试验压力时存在的偏差和吸收式冷水机组现场检漏无法达到2.03Pa.mL/s量级的漏率要求等问题进行了分析。给出了压缩式制冷系统在高试验压力下相对漏率和吸收式冷水机组现场检漏的计算公式供参考使用。
According to the national standard GB50274-98 "code for construction and acceptance of refrigeration and air separation equipment installation engineering".The existing confusions of leak tightness test to refrigeration system on construction site was pointed out.The errors of pressure test and using leakage rate criterion to compression refrigeration system was corrected.The deviation of leakage rate criterion under higher test pressure to compression refrigeration system was analyzed.At the same time,the problem that leakage rate does not meet 2.03Pa·mL/s in leak detection on site to the absorption chillers is analyzed.Gives the trial formulas about leakage rate under the higher test pressure to compression refrigeration system and leak detection to absorption chillers.
