毛细管吊顶联合独立新风空调系统供暖室内热环境的试验研究
Heating Experimental Study of Indoor Thermal Environment About Capillary Ceiling Joint Dedicated Outdoor Air System

摘要(Abstract):

通过搭建毛细管吊顶加独立新风系统试验平台,测试了不同供水温度和供水流量下,毛细管吊顶的换热效果、室内空气垂直温度分布和围护结构温度分布;进一步,在毛细管吊顶联合独立新风系统运行工况下,测试了室内垂直温度分布和围护结构温度相应特性。试验测试结果表明,回水温度值越高,在测试时间内毛细管吊顶的平均换热量越大;供水流量值越大,毛细管吊顶换热量越大。毛细管吊顶单独供暖时,室内0.5到2m竖直高度方向存在2℃温差,吊顶不同测点最大温差在2℃左右。毛细管吊顶联合独立新风系统供暖时,室内竖向温度变化不明显,吊顶不同测点最大温差在1℃左右。
By building the capillary ceiling and dedicated outdoor air system,the heat transfer of capillary ceiling,the vertical temperature distribution of indoor air and the temperature distribution of envelope have been tested in different water temperatures and water flow. Further,in the condition of capillary ceiling joint dedicated outdoor air system operating,the vertical temperature distribution of indoor air and the temperature distribution of envelope have been tested. The experimental results indicate that,the higher the temperature of return water,the greater the average heat transfer of capillary ceiling during the time of testing; the greater the water flow value,the greater the average heat transfer of capillary ceiling. When the capillary ceiling is heating alone,there is 2 ℃ temperature difference between 0. 5 meter height and 2 meter height; The maximum temperature difference of the different points of the ceiling is about 2 ℃. When capillary ceiling joint dedicated outdoor air system is heating,the vertical temperature difference of the indoor air is not obvious,maximum temperature of different measurement points of the ceiling is around1℃.
