中低压安全阀的优化研究Research on Optimization for Low-mid Pressure Safety Valve

摘要(Abstract):
针对传统安全阀存在的整定压力偏差大、启闭压差大、开启高度低和排量系数低等问题,本文从安全阀产品结构、制造工艺、综合性能和制造成本等方面进行了分析比较,提出了中低压安全阀的优化设计思路,并且通过大量试验和实际使用,证明了1A、2A型安全阀具有整定准确、启闭压差小、开启高度大、排量系数高和制造成本低等特点。
Traditional safety valve has the shortcomings as set pressure deviation,set-off pressure deviation,low lift and low discharge co-efficiency,this articlethe product structure,manufacturing arts,comprehensive performance and cost by comparison were analyzed,the optimized design and performance for low-mid pressure safety valve ied was,it is proved through test and actural uaage that type 1A 2A safety valve reaches the accurate set pressure,low set-off pressure,high lift,high discharge co-efficiency and low cost.
