新型空调用离心式喷嘴的研制

摘要(Abstract):

提出了一种新型空调用离心式喷嘴的基本理论;着重介绍了该喷嘴结构设计的主要特点。最后给出了该喷嘴5种规格产品在10种工况下的性能测试结果,并对实验结果进行了分析。理论分析和实测结果表明,该喷嘴具有高效、节能及防堵等特点,是一种具有应用前景的新型空调喷嘴。
A new type centrifugal nozzle for airconditioning is presented. The basic theory of centrifugal nozzle is introduced briefly, and the main characteristics of the nozzle structure design are explained ill detail. Finally, the characteristic test results of five nozzle specifications are given in ten working conditions, and a analysis is made on the experiment results as well. The theoretial analyses and the experiments show that the new nozzle is provided with high efficiency, save-energy and antijamming, which is a new type air-conditioning nozzle with good, applied prospects.
