基于涡旋压缩机的容积式压缩机的三维数值模拟技术

摘要(Abstract):

运用Fluent中的2.5D网格技术和非一致网格技术,成功实现了涡旋压缩机的真正三维非稳态数值模拟。捕获到了端面泄漏现象和排气口的压力及温度的脉动现象,发现了涡旋压缩机工作腔内的周向流场分布和不均匀的瞬时温度场分布及由于泄漏所导致的局部涡流现象。模拟方法对于具有轴向映射结构的容积式压缩机的研究具有指导意义。
2.5D technique and non-conformal mesh technique in Fluent software was used synthesizely,and the real 3D unsteady numerical simulation of scroll compressor was originally successfully implemented. The end leakage and the fluctuation of pressure and temperature of the outlet was captured. It was also found that the flow field in the work cavity is circumferential,and the transient temperature field distribution in the work cavity is non-uniform,and local vortex phenomenon emerges because of the leakage. The numerical simulation technique mentioned has an important guiding significance for the study of the volumetric compressor with axial mapping structure.
