摘要(Abstract):
在不同操作条件下,旋管转速对过滤速度的影响截然不同。通过分析滤饼表层颗粒的受力,揭示了旋管过滤中旋管转速、滤室间隙等参数对颗粒沉积规律的影响,并以物料试验对其进行验证。
In the rotary cylinder filtration, particles on the surface of the cake were controlled mainly by three forces: centrifugal force, deposition force and tangential torque. By theoretical analysis, several valuable results were presented. Firstly, increasing the rotary speed and axial velocity or decreasing the gap width, the movement of the particles would be enhanced. Secondly, along the thickness of the cake from the filter media to the outside surface, the average diameter of the particles became smaller. Finally, the average diameter and the thickness of deposited particles were decreased with increasing the rotary speed, while the specific cake resistance was increased. The filtration of corundum slurry in a rotary cylinder filter was taken to verify some of the results given by the theoretical analysis.
