裂解炉切换大阀开关不畅的原因分析

摘要(Abstract):

某石化企业裂解炉切换大阀在使用约半年后出现卡涩现象,随后又有两台相同型号的阀门也相继出现了开关不畅的现象。本文针对这种异常情况进行了分析,将通过管线应力计算得到的载荷施加到阀门上进行有限元计算,结果显示在此管口载荷作用下,阀门会出现轻微的变形;并且相应提出了一些建议。
A switching large valve jam happened after being used for half a year in a petrochemical enterprise.Then there are two similar types of valves also cropped up in the phenomenon of poor switch.In this paper,a stress analysis and calculation for this abnormal situation is performed.The load extracted from pipeline stress calculation is applied on the valve,the result shows that the valve will slightly deform under this load condition.This article also proposes some views of rectification for them.
